Staff Professional Training

Gallant endeavors to continuously improve the quality of our security guard – our Human Resources Department regularly organizes training courses for employees to strengthen their working knowledge and skills. All security guards are trained by experienced professionals who have served in the government disciplinary force. The security manager regularly visits the building to introduce the security facilities, to guide and advise the security guards in daily management and emergency handling skill.

Emergency Handling

To enhance the skill and capability of emergency handling of security guards, we have prepared a set of training about crowd control, emergency handling, crime prevention and fire safety etc. Drill simulations are regularly organized to help security guards familiarize with the handling of emergencies such as fire, water and electricity cut, flooding and typhoon. The current security facilities and machines will also be analyzed and reviewed so as to ensure the building is equipped with sufficient and appropriate security facilities.

“Customer-Oriented Service” Approach

Gallant encourage our staff to show their courtesy to customers and cultivate the culture of “Customer-oriented” service. Rewarding system is adopted to motivate the staff to strive for the best service and maintain high service quality. Property manager will visit the building regularly to evaluate the staff performance and give certain advice for improvement accordingly.
