Customer Services Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the counter and deliver quality customer services
- Handle and solve customer’s complaint effectively and professionally
- Provide daily operations and prepare reports
- Assist in ad hoc projects and duties
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 / Diploma holder or above, 1-year experience in customer service
- Team-player, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability preferred
Senior Property Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer services and handle inquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
- Assist in the overall property management of the property
- Build up and maintain a good relationship with occupants
Job Requirements:
- – Diploma / Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline is essential
- – 3 years of relevant exp. in portfolio building management & I.O. Service
- – Good written & spoken in English and Chinese with computer skill
- – PC organization & communication skill
- – Willing to work outdoor & overtime
- – Independent & capable to work under pressure
