Customer Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers at the counter and deliver quality customer services
  • Handle and solve customer’s complaint effectively and professionally
  • Provide daily operations and prepare reports
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and duties

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 / Diploma holder or above, 1-year experience in customer service
  • Team-player, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability preferred

Senior Property Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services and handle inquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
  • Assist in the overall property management of the property
  • Build up and maintain a good relationship with occupants

Job Requirements:

  • – Diploma / Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline is essential
  • – 3 years of relevant exp. in portfolio building management & I.O. Service
  • – Good written & spoken in English and Chinese with computer skill
  • – PC organization & communication skill
  • – Willing to work outdoor & overtime
  • – Independent & capable to work under pressure
