Our team is responsible for managing and monitoring the security, cleaning, maintenance and daily management operations of the building. Our services includes:
- Execute daily tasks related to the building management, such as maintenance, security, cleaning and communication with the maintenance contractor to monitor the execution of the job
- Perform common area project management, planning, tendering, supervision and regular reports to the Incorporated Owners
- Arrange appropriate and sufficient property management staff to be responsible for front-line management task
- Arrange a property officer to take control of the building’s management issue, including handling complaints and emergencies, etc.
In addition to the resident management team, our headquarter also provides support in different aspects to ensure the best service is delivered to the managed building.
